Personal Training with Michelle Coveney Fitness is all about you!
Following a free consultation, we will agree what you want to achieve, why and how best we can work towards your goals. Then I will write a realistic, achievable and enjoyable training programme along with inspiring and motivating 1:1 training sessions based upon your exercise preferences, so if you don’t like running or lifting weights, no problem – instead we will pick activities that you appeal to you and will give you the results that you are after.
Next, we will arrange the training sessions at a time and place to suit you – early mornings, daytime, lunchtime or evenings, either at home, at work, in the gym or outside. And how often we meet is up to you…one-off sessions can be organised if you just need to kick-start your fitness or freshen-up your training. Or we can meet weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending upon the amount of support and motivation that you need – whatever suits you!
Finally, to keep you on track you will be offered support in between sessions, this can be in the form of text messages, email, social media, telephone or skype calls.

‘Get Me Started’ £100
Our most basic package for those looking to kickstart their fitness.
Includes: 30 minutes initial consultation
1 x fitness and nutrition assessment
1 x 1hr personal training session
1 x 10-week training plan and nutritional advice for you to follow
‘Keep Me Going’
Need another 1:1 personal training session? Or wish to update your training programme for the next 10 weeks? Then this is the option for you.
Additional Personal Training session £30
New 10-week training programme (also includes fitness testing, adjusting/setting new goals and week 1 delivered with PT) £80
‘Motivate, Challenge & Train with me’ £300
This is the ultimate package for those who want the full personal training experience!

10 x 1hr weekly personal training sessions
1 x 10-week training programme and nutritional advice for you to follow
