    I am not a natural runner and suffered injurys from poor technique and coordination .
    Michelle worked with me to improve my balance . Posture . Strength , technique she is so knowledgable of sports and trains in such a fun way always pushing us tic new levels and introducing newc activities to make the training fun and motivating .
    She is motivated loyal hard working of any challenge and I highly recommend anyone to have personal training or attend Michelkes group classes .


  2. I’ve been going to Michelle’s Improver’s running group for a couple of years now. I have found Michelle’s training extremely helpful and motivating and I feel I have improved my technique and confidence a great deal. The group is friendly and supportive yet challenging, which is exactly what I need. Michelle gives each of us individual support and the programme of runs and activities we do together are tailored so that everyone benefits. The group covers a range of abilities so this is not easy to do, but Michelle puts a lot of thought into accommodating and challenging everyone. I would have no hesitation in recommending the running groups to anyone.
